Buzzydice terms of use
The rules for using Buzzydice, in plain words: what we do, what you are responsible for, and how to stop.
The service
Buzzydice researches news in your field, writes LinkedIn carousels in your voice from the setup you give us, checks the numbers in them against their sources, designs them with your brand and publishes them on your LinkedIn profile on the schedule you choose. If you turn on approval, a post is only published after you approve it.
Your responsibilities
- The cases, results, numbers and claims you give us must be true, and you must be allowed to share them.
- The logo and brand material you give us must be yours to use.
- You are responsible for what is published on your profile, including posts you let go out without approval. If something is wrong, tell us and remove it on LinkedIn.
- You must follow LinkedIn's own terms of use.
Fact-checking
We check every number in a post against its source before it is published. This is a best effort, not a guarantee: sources can be wrong or change, and a check can miss something. If you spot an error in a post, tell us and we will correct or remove what we can.
Stopping at any time
You can stop whenever you want: email victor@vssolutions.io, or remove Buzzydice in LinkedIn under Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services. Publishing stops within one business day. We may also stop the service, for example if the information you give us is untrue, and we will tell you if we do.
No guarantee of results
We can't promise any reach, followers, leads, sales or other results from your posts. How LinkedIn shows posts, and how people respond to them, is outside our control.
Limitation of liability
We provide Buzzydice as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities, or for problems caused by LinkedIn, by the services listed in our privacy policy, or by information you gave us. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your data
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date below, and tell you by email before a change that affects you takes effect. Questions: victor@vssolutions.io.
